Sants is the area in Barcelona where I stay when I'm there. It used to be a small town outside of the medieval city, these days it wouldn't even be considered a suburb, it's almost downtown. Nonetheless, it retains a bit of a town feel, with a little old square the park, a big shopping street and a couple of food markets. I snapped a few pictures in the sun on my final day there. Actually I'll be back very soon, and this blog is turning out to be based in Barcelona more than London at the moment, which is not at all an accurate portrayal of my life. So one more Barcelona post tomorrow, and then I'll try and treat you to the grey skies and constant drip for a few weeks. Or maybe it will snow again!

It's a transient, transient world...

Love these photos :D That food looks sooo tasty, haha :D

ReplyDeleteOh I don't really mind your Barcelona posts, it makes me remember the great week I had in that amazing places. Loved the pictures, the buildings' balconies are one of my favourite architectural features I love about Barcelona!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the velvet dress tip! I really like it, added to my favourites, though I really can't buy anything else since I got the Zara boots. I'll leave the velvet dress for when I'm there, maybe we can search for one together! :)

ReplyDeletethis week I've been writing posts on a whim and then i get self conscious about and them and delete them later. I'll try and not do this anymore!

Also WOW! Thank you SO much for putting me up on your blog roll - you are on mine too! I just love how incredibly supportive you are!
ReplyDeleteOh I know, those kelly green tights are so bright they're ridiculous. The rust ones are so subdued compared to them. Apparently, I'm just very silly when it comes to these things.
ReplyDeleteIf you really like Sufjan Stevens, I think the new album will grow on you. While I enjoy it, it won't ever take the place of ''Greetings from Michigan'' or ''Seven Swans'' as my favorite. However, he's just so good with everything he does. Hats off to that man.
Hummingbirds are a favorite of mine, as well. And, robins, blue jays and geese.
beautiful photos! its so lovely to see some lovely sunny pictures as opposed to the snowy/rainy gloominess here in the uk right now! :)
