diavolo

Last Sunday, in Bonn, it was too cold to conceive of doing anything other than walk five minutes to the nearest restaurant, and stuff ourselves with fiery carbohydrates in the form of a cappriccio and a diavolo pizza--none too pious for a Sunday, come to think of it! This is probably the real reason many of us gain weight during winter... it's too cold to do anything productive like go for a bike ride, so you just end up eating all the time. Devilish indeed...

If anyone's noticed my less than stellar internet presence, it's because I don't have internet at home at the moment. My consumption of tea at the only place in the neighbourhood with wifi has skyrocketed. Still trying to decide if spending all the money in cafés is worth my increased productivity/going to bed earlier at home...

P.S. To those wondering where I've moved to... just within Barcelona this time!

You look stunning in red. And an internet-less existence sounds quite nice for a little while!

Yo realmente como más o menos lo mismo con frío o con calor, siempre soy muy antojadiza!

Tus fotos están muy lindas, el color rojo definitivamente es "tu color" :)

Nos vemos!

Beautiful outfit! Bright colors, structure and adorable tights. The shoes are cute, too.

With your frequent travel and stylish outfits, do you own a personal jet? Just askin... :)

@Shybiker: Hahaha. No. I fly budget airlines. It took me six hours to get home from this trip... a direct flight would've been two!

I think if I didn't have internet at home, I would not even try to blog. These are dramatic photographs, the first and the last are my favorites. And the food looks soooo good, virtual calories.

You do red really well.

i totally eat more pizza in the wintertime. in fact, i had pizza last night, although it was nowhere near as exciting as yours... it hasn't even been that cold, it's just dark so early that i can't do anything after work except go inside and turn a light on.

I've also heard that as a survival instinct we eat more when it's cold...don't know if that's true, but that's what I blame it on!

Here you are looking oh-so-lovely in red again! I'm slightly envious at how well you pull off red lipstick. I have this fear that wearing it would make me look like a clown. Ha! However, in an attempt to start wearing more makeup, I did buy some tinted lip balm today (in a safe, pink shade...).

I'm not sure if I mentioned it last time, but I'm loving the plaid and polka dot combination you've been sporting lately!

Winter is devilish, I'll buy that! That pizza looks like a great way to spend a Sunday despite the cold. Soon enough it will be Spring (right?) the worst of Winter is behind us now!!

That pizza looks/sounds delicious! I'm quite guilty of eating way too much in the colder month. It's kind of a shame - I'm currently snacking while I write this. Whoops! Anyway, this is a lovely outfit. That red dress is great!

Oh dear, those polka dot tights are just wonderful!
