over-exposed

Hmmm, I think I might have gone slightly overboard in my love of high ISO settings here. : ) You know what else is over-exposed? My wardrobe. I'm soooo bored of everything right now. It's always the way when you go somewhere with only one suitcase... you just get sick of things since you never really get a break from them. And since it was summer when I arrived and winter (supposedly) now, I packed practically rather than bringing all my favourite dresses. I don't think it works actually... with packing practically you have more options of things that go together, but you're just less excited about all of it.

Anyway, this outfit is fine, but I'm excited for when I go home for Christmas next week and get to revisit the rest of my clothes (obviously I'm way more excited about seeing my family; that goes without saying). But words like "chiffon," "brocade," "flannel," "silk" and "velvet" are tripping invitingly through my head whenever I think about Christmas dressing...

AH! I have my blue cord pinafore with a striped shirt on today so we are in fact twins. Seems like your rocking a wee beehive do lady which is looking fab. I can't wait for Christmas either although my wardrobe back home is full of old sandals and pink pajamas x

The coupon code is still good if you have your $100 still (which I think you do based on your comment XD) But it only works for things that are 50% or 70% off in the sale section :)

Loving the outfit too! But I know what you mean sometimes I get so tired of certain pieces that I leave them alone for a while and then go back to them. But it is a bit hard when you live out of a suitcase :/ But YAY for seeing your family and all your clothes soon ;)

thats a very cute jumper. I dont know how you have been able to survive on one suitcase. I would have had a melt down by now.

@Amber: I've had a couple... I don't even care so much for normal life, it's for my blog that it bugs me!

Haha, I'm feeling the same way about my wardrobe but kind of in an opposite way. Once my winter break starts I'm planning on getting rid of a ton of stuff in hopes that having less clothing will force me to be more creative with what I do have instead of buying buying buying.
Anyway, this is a fantastic outfit! I love how the jumper looks with that striped blouse underneath.

Aw I totally know what you mean! When I was away at school I would think about all of the clothes that I left behind at home, it made coming home and looking through my closet seem like a shopping spree or something ;)

With words like that I'm excited to see your Christmas outfits! I'm not even sure how much I'm going to dress up this season. No one else in my family really does and more often than not I end up feeling over dressed and silly. We'll see.

Still loving your jumper. Navy blue is one of the best colors for corduroy, I think.

i can SO relate to feeling blah about clothes....i'm feeling a bit that way myself....like i haven't found anything really inspiring in a way, or when i try to emulate how others look and incorporate it into my look, it seems to fail desperately. but, maybe it's because the weather has turned and i just don't have a 'groove' yet for my winter wardrobe....

still, you're looking cute as ever....

I really like that jumperskirt and your hair is looking huge and fabulous.

Ugh I know the feeling, when I first moved to the UK and had to live out of my suitcase I was so bored with everything, luckily my boyfriend came to visit me often with his suitcase full of my stuff. It was a nightmare when I had to move back though!

Super cute jumper! Is it a new one or does it just look like a diff color? I def feel ya on getting sick of stuff while living abroad! Hopefully you can take some things to leave & bring back.
Oh & to answer your question in case you didn't see it- the first year Jonny and I were together we spoke 100% Spanish. I refused to ever speak to or answer him in English to practice but I’ve since gotten progressively lazier, from living in Venezuela and then Mexico, I’ve been a bit sick of it lately and not speaking it much... although he just me last night that my Spanish has gotten worse so that'll prob change, including picking up watching shows/movies in Spanish again. What are you & your man? Do you practice your Catalan w/ him? How's that going btw?
