moments to remember when the rain starts

Photobucket

This weekend my boyfriend and I ducked away for a final trip to the beach before I leave for England. We caught the bus to Manzanillo, about four hours away. I was extremely neurotic before-hand, as it had been raining quite a bit in Guadalajara, and I didn't want to spend the weekend sitting under a rock watching the ocean. Saturday turned out to be beautiful; Sunday rained, but it was all right anyway. I always forget that once you're at the beach it doesn't matter so much what the weather is like, so long as it's humid and smells salty, everything is just fine.

Beautiful pictures. You will miss this aspect of life in England as you probably know. But do send pictures of all historical spots. I love London personally though it is expensive and rainy but I sitll like it.

So you leave for England that soon, eh? Good luck with all of that :)

P.S. I love the cloud pictures...probably because the sky fascinates me!

Thanks for your comments. I learned somethigng. I will reply back on my post. Is it possible to get your email address if you feel comfortable? Usually I don't like to post unrelated comment (like this one) on a post. My email address is arealblogger@gmail.com

Thanks

Beautiful photos! I went to Manzanillo about 4 years ago after staying in Ixtapa, and it was such a nice change of pace since Ixtapa is so touristy! Are you getting nervous for your trip, or are you more excited?

These are gorgeous photos! I bet it must be a bit tough looking at everything with a kind of "last" kind of feel. That's how I felt when I left England last year. I am excited for you to start your new adventure :)

I like to think of the ocean as a cure-all for everything. One step onto a beach or even just the first sound of crashing waves and all seems right with the world.

I'm glad you were able to relax and get away before your big move! Gorgeous photos - the last one in particular.
